No, ProProfs handles payment processing for you.

You get paid monthly via PayPal and we charge a 20% transaction fee if you are a free user.

As a paid user (if you're subscribed to any ProProfs product), you are charged only 9.5% transaction fee. If you prefer, you can set up a new or use an existing Stripe account. All payments will be handled by Stripe and payments will be instant. In this case, ProProfs doesn't charge any fee.
